Refund Policy

When you can cancel an order and get your balance back.

One-time numbers

If no OTP is received and you cancel manually within 10 minutes of placing the order, the amount is refunded to your wallet.
If an OTP is received, the order is successful and no refund is given.
If you do not cancel within 10 minutes, the order is finalised and no refund is given.
Auto-cancellation is not available; you must cancel manually.

Rental numbers

Rental time starts immediately after purchase. There is no cancellation and no refund after purchase.

Temporary email

If an OTP or verification message is received, there is no refund. If none is received, cancel manually within 10 minutes, according to system availability.

General

Refunds go to your wallet balance only.
Refund abuse can lead to account suspension.
Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.
Deposits below the minimum amount are not refunded or adjusted.
