Premium Server API: Receive SMS and Call Verifications with OtpGet

The protocol is the same plain-text style as the main SMS API, so if you can integrate one, you can integrate both in minutes.

A smart fallback strategy

1. Try the standard temporary number first because it is cheaper.
2. If the service rejects the number twice, cancel and refund.
3. Retry the same service on the Premium server.
